Rules and Safety
General Guidelines
- All participants must sign a waiver prior to using any GravityX facilities. Waivers for minors must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Proper attire is required for all activities:
- Surfing: Appropriate swimwear (e.g., one-piece for women or secure board shorts for men).
- Skiing: Non-slip footwear, thick socks, and comfortable clothing (e.g., long pants).
Age and Skill Requirements
- Age Restrictions: Surfing and skiing activities are open to participants aged 8 and above.
- Skill Levels: Beginners are welcome and encouraged to take lessons with our qualified instructors for a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Children under 18 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in the facility.
Safety Instructions
- Follow all staff instructions and adhere to posted safety guidelines.
- Report any injuries, unsafe conditions, or damaged equipment to staff immediately.
- Always use the provided equipment as instructed to ensure your safety.
Prohibited Behaviours
- Running, pushing, roughhousing, or any reckless behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- Alcohol consumption is only permitted in designated areas and must not interfere with activities or safety.
- Participants under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to engage in activities.
Emergency Procedures
- In the event of an emergency, follow staff instructions and proceed to the nearest evacuation point as directed.
- First aid assistance is available on-site. Notify a staff member immediately if you or someone else requires medical attention.
Safety Standards
All participants must adhere to safety guidelines provided by GravityX staff, including proper equipment usage and compliance with surfing and skiing instructions.
Supervision and Age Requirements
All children under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult while in the facility. Indoor skiing and surfing are only available to those aged 8 and older.
Behaviour and Compliance
Reckless behaviour, failure to follow instructions, or actions that endanger others may result in being asked to leave the premises without a refund.
